Let us sum it up for you – out of the 29 properties that closed in Montclair in October, only 2 sold below asking, and 9 sold between asking and 5% over. 18 properties closed for more than 5% over the asking price. What that says to us is that even though this town is not easy to get into, if you can do it, it’s an investment worth making.
